[Pkg-pascal-devel] lazarus not migrating, why?

After a quick discussion, it appears that the old arch:all packages are 
still around because lazarus needs decrufting on sparc. Aside from 
lazarus itself, doing so would break optgeo, which has a 
build-dependency on lazarus-ide-1.2.
