The real problem is that I don't know HOW to reproduce. Installing the
package in a clean environment works. I could reproduce the same
behavior as in the other bug, where somebody installed SVN-build Lazarus
on top of Debian installed fpc. However, in that bug FIRST installing
Debian Lazarus and THEN SVN-build Lazarus succeeded, showing that in
that case it was a configuration issue. I assume that that is currently
the case as well and I assume it is because of the upgrade path (clean
or not).
I have not yet succeeded in trying the upgrade from wheezy to jessie
myself, as my VM was on jessie, and I can't install the wheezy version
in there due to binutils not allowing it. I think I need a wheezy VM and
upgrading in there to the jessie Lazarus. Haven't had the time yet.
