Yes, and I propose to revert the essential part of it (in git, it is
already in commit 9aff5fff37 but it is pending a review of other changes
by Abou). That change doesn't anymore seem worth it (and not true).

The required package is libgtk2.0-dev, the other packages are pulled in
by it. And although I wish to revert the change in fpc, it may still
make sense to depend on it.
