[Pkg-pascal-devel] Lazarus/FPC still failing to build cqrlog package on armel and armhf

After fixing the dependency problems in cqrlog I re-upoaded it.

It still fails to build on armel and armhf, the build locks up and
gets killed by the timeout watchdog.

I tried the build by hand on abel (the armel porter box) and it fails
in much the same place.

Can someone please take a look at this and let me know what needs
fixing if it's a problem with the cqrlog package.
