Confirmed by multiple people now in bug 793991.

You set Reply-To to the list, I assume you are subscribed. If that is
the case, you saw my response to bug 793991 which contains the current
info. We are trying hard to understand where the problem is coming from
and how to fix it. It is very unlikely that there is anything you can do
in the cqrlog package (except for getting the ARM* packages removed from
sid, but I am not sure that FTP-master will do that for this reason).
