[Pkg-pascal-devel] lazarus binary package doesn't depend on lcl?

So, if we go with the 1.6 suffix, we could do this now, but any moment 
is nearly equql. If we go for the 1.6.2 suffix, I think now is a good 
moment to do it. Which part isn't needed anymore, only ./ide, or more?. 
test and tools source probably also doesn't need shipping. I also just 
see that we probably should install the examples elsewhere.
