[Pkg-pascal-devel] lazarus binary package doesn't depend on lcl?

As I said in previous mail I'm in favor of going with 1.6.2, but will not object
1.6 though. I think better revert to old way of putting everything with 3
numbers version. This will be easier to support in my sense.
