Those three rdeps, were the rdeps of xcf2png.

xcf2png is a binary from xcftools, *not* from GIMP.

I'll do my best to work on it and once something builds, I'll upload to
experimental. From there it *can* be synced to Ubuntu if somebody cares
to arrange that.
