Not broken, just waiting for Build-Depends which due to a bug in DAK are 
removed.

It seems you also uploaded an invalid amd64.changes file (or maybe it 
wasn't you.

I suggest you upload a 26 with only the source and the arch:all binaries 
(or if it's easier, also the amd64 binaries) and then upload a 27 source 
only. I *think* that will get everything unstuck. Obviously you can't 
build in the current unstable, but you could just build them in testing 
and upload to unstable.
