[Pkg-pascal-devel] Issue with fpc_3.2.2+dfsg-24 in Sid.

I tried to upload again, and it was refused, so I tried to hack the change file
 manually to remove source package but still failed.
I also build i386 and all packages on a porter box, but seems also refused.

OK, that seems easier than what I try to do, I'll upload amd64 with both binary
and all packages.
Then will upload also sources some time later.
