This was probably because cfitsio 3.006-1.2, which was the first try
at fixing the issue (#397619), was uploaded on Nov 21 but never built
succesfully on arm and mips. This was fixed in 3.006-1.3 on Nov 26,
so all arches should be OK now.

I just verified that libastro-fits-cfitsio-perl 1.05-1 builds fine on arm
(a qemu installation) with cfitsio3 3.006-1.3.

As I managed to test the build myself, I guess this isn't needed anymore.

Cheers,
