I don't think this is correct.Firstly, DEHS is doing the wrong thing
by removing dsfg and therefore assuming things that uscan don't. Also,
I see the uversionmangle as correct because when downloading the
repack script takes care of making it dfsg-free. Also it makes life
easier to everybody, because if we used the dversionmangle the
svn-inject script will use incorrect versions for the
branches/upstream tags. I would really prefer to keep our current
practise; DEHS can easily not strip dfsg (and understand that some
maintainers have a clue :)), or strip it also in the upstream version.
