1.33-1 is in unstable since 12 Jun 2011, and in testing since 22 Jun, 2011.
 
Or do mean in stable? That's only possible via backports, but
libsqlite3-dev in squeeze is only at 3.7.3-1, so I guess this won't
help alot.
