Bug#645390: perlbrew: probably error in package description

The meaning is that you need to include the bashrc/cshrc file provided 
by perlbrew in your startup scripts in order to do the PATH mangling 
automatically.

Wording improvements are still welcome, but the meaning should stay 
the same :)
