Bug#903982: libxml-xql-perl: installs upstream-generated XML::XQL::Parser instead of (re)building it

Hello,

the package installs upstream-generated XML::XQL::Parser instead of (re)building
it from the source grammar, which seems to be located in XQLParser/Parser.yp.
I suggest repackaging the source to exclude XQLParser/Parser.pm and regenerating
it from the source during build.
