Bug#903984: libmath-calc-units-perl: installs upstream-generated Math::Calc::Units::Grammar instead of (re)building it

Package: libmath-calc-units-perl

Hello,

the package installs upstream-generated |Math::Calc::Units::Grammar| instead of
(re)building it from the source grammar, which seems to be located in
Units/Grammar.y. I suggest repackaging the source to exclude Units/|Grammar|.pm
and regenerating it from the source during build.
