Package: libhttp-cookies-perl
Version: 6.04-1
While trying to install a desktop environment in a virtual machine
(virt-manager, Debian 10 Standard amd64), halfway through the download
process an error pops up saying it couldn't find a specific package
called libhttp-cookies-perl.
E: Failed to fetch
http://deb.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libh/libhttp-cookies-perl/libhttp-cookies-perl_6.04-1_all.deb
404 Not Found [IP: 151.101.92.204 80]
After looking through some random mirrors, I've realized this package
is absent from every single one of them, including Debian's main
mirror.
While other packages could be downloaded right from the web browser,
trying to download this specific package gives an error of page not
found.
The absense of this package makes it impossible to install any desktop
environment trough apt itself on a non-graphical and possibly even
minimal installations.
Also, the DNS servers being used on my network are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
although it's very likely not to be related to the issue since changing
it did not fix the problem for me.
