On the other hand the DEP-3 specification [1] mentions:
"This obligatory field contains at least a short description on the first line.
When Subject is used, it is expected that the long description is outside of
the structured fields. "
Cme tries to salvage information from the Subject field and move in the free
form description, after all allowed parameters (Last-UPdate) in this case.
I think gbp-pq should not produce multi lines Subject fields
