libgnupg-interface-perl

Hi Salvatore,

I noticed that you worked on the new libgnupg-interface-perl recently,
which I think has been long awaited, since it should mean gpg 1 can be
removed from Debian. I have an interest as RT is a user of it, and I'd
try and do some testing with it, when it was ready for use.

There is new huge hurry, but if you would be able to finish the packaging
work and upload it, that would be great.
