Authen::Simple::SMB bug?

Hi,

I've been trying to authenticatie to a samba 4 server on debian 11 with 
Authen::Simple::SMB. But when trying the example in the man page I keep 
getting:

Use of uninitialized value $args[3] in join or string at 
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.32/Authen/Smb.pm line 26, <STDIN> line 1.

And independent of what password I give, it says authentication 
succesful, this seems like a security issue?
