Filesys::SmbClient buffer overflow detected?

Hi,

When I try to to connect with this module, it gives me errors when I 
give a false password, but it gives me buffer overflow detected when the 
password is correct. Trying to authenticate to a samba 4 server on 
debian 11.

Is this a known bug?
