Exactly that, thanks so much for your analysis! This also explains why 
those packaged did not show up in earlier rebuilds (using the current 
version of libdatetime-timezone-perl). So Ccing all similar bug reports, 
could you upload new versions of these packages so we get updated 
buildinfo files for trixie?
