[Pkg-phototools-devel] Bug#976965: hugin-tools: unsolvable dependency "python << 3.9", current testing pkg has "python << 3.10"

This package from experimental can't be installed unless the python3=3.7 
from stable package is installed.

I guess that's a typo or so, the current testing/unstable package uses 
"python << 3.10" which is available.
