Not a typo, no. The pendency is autogenerated, reflecting the supported
python version, which in tunrn depends on the default python version at
time of the build. Which was 3.8 at the time of the build.
testing/unstable was *re*built as part of the python transition, when
default python switched to 3.9.
We do not do this for experimental. I will make a source upload to fix
this.
