Orphaning fotoxx (upstream renamed to fotocx), anyone interested?

Hi everyone,

I am planning to step down from maintaining fotoxx. I no longer use the
software actively and don't have the time to give it the attention it
needs. The code is full of interesting photo processing filters, which
I'm sure some of you can find useful.

Before I file a formal Request for Adoption (RFA) or Orphan (O) bug, I
wanted to check in with the team to see if anyone is interested in
taking over maintenance.

A couple of important notes for whoever takes it on:

- Upstream Rename: Upstream has recently renamed the project from fotoxx
to fotocx, with the goal of making it a photo collection manager
instead of a set of tools to process/tweak images.

- Next Steps: The next update will require handling this name transition
(transitioning the binary packages, updating control files, handling
   obsoletes/replaces, etc.).

If anyone wants to take the reins and shepherd it through the rename,
please let me know! Otherwise, if there is no interest within the next
week or so, I will proceed with orphaning the package (or requesting its
removal if it's deemed no longer needed).

Thanks,
maxy
