Orphaning fotoxx (upstream renamed to fotocx), anyone interested?

Hi Maxy,

I've seen your name on an orphaned batch at MiniDebConf in Hamburg.
Unfortunately you did not showed up. I was hoping to meet you after
so many years.

Current situation: The package was removed from Debian due to not yet
fulfilled libraries. I'm currently in discussion with upstream about
a replacement by supported libraries.

Question: Do you think Santiago Torres Batan wants to keep on
as Uploader once we can upload fotocx to new?

Kind regards
    Andreas.
