Cool! I was worrying a bit about it too, I think it's much much better now.

Now, there's only one thing I am concerned with before the upload, it's
the debian/copyright. It tells about what's in debian/*, but not about
the pear.phpunit.de.reg which is in the orig.tar.gz. How did you get the
file? What's the license of it?
