[pkg-php-pear] Moving php-etodms-{core, lucene} packaging to pkg-php-tools (and pkg-php repository)

Hi Francisco (sorry for the extra @packages.d.o copies, just wanted to
ensure anyone following these packages would get the notice),

php-letodms-core and php-letodms-lucene are among the PEAR packages that
should be converted to pkg-php-tools [1]. I’d like to take this
opportunity to encourage you to handle their packaging under the Debian
PHP Group umbrella [2], and move their repositories under git/pkg-php on
Alioth [3] (at first sight, these packages do not seem maintain in a
VCS, can you please point me to them if I’m mistaken).

If you’d agree on the principle, but don’t have time to take care of
that yourself, I (or someone else from the team) would be happy to do so
on your behalf.
