I have changed on both packages debian/ to Expat and added Expat license

ah - I have forget it on php-redis, php-v8js stuff is already at upstream bts.

I have submitted a bug for php-redis description.

Do you mean the php-v8js package because it build against v8 library? 

Because php-redis has no other depends.
