Great php-psr-log is now on alioth :
git://anonscm.debian.org/pkg-php/php-psr-log (I thought I will have a
ping to inform I have joined the project).
And no I don't think there is another one neither around neither
anywhere in this world...

I agree and think I'll adopt the practice.
