Looks like you need the “License: A and B” syntax.

Sure, I’ll do my best to free a few days for it as soon as you believe
it’s ready. Feel free to ping me when you have the copyright ready, even
if for only part(s) of the upstream package (I’ve started to review it
two months ago and stopped at Component/[BC]* since it wasn’t ready).
Off course, pear review (at least of the copyright) would be welcome it
the hope to present something perfect enough for the ftpmasters to
process quickly.

P.-S.:

The median time for ftpmasters review used to be about two month, but I
can see some processing of the NEW queue now (they recently accepted two
packages I presented four months ago). Even if it’s still possible,
let’s keep in mind that this part of the process is outside our control.
