Done, already available in the archive.

I was looking into it, but can’t find why it is needed for Symfony. Can
you please double check and/or point me to the dependency I’m missing
(that may be missing something obvious after a too long day)?

P.-S.: as you may have already noticed, I’ve pushed some minimal changes
to d/rules, and checked that the resulting binary packages are identical
(except the actually targeted changes, like the generic changelog shipped
by default) to the ones you prepared (thanks to debdiff for making it easy
to check).
