A too clever by half remark on this:
* php-symfony-icu is needed locally, since it still is pending in NEW.

I did a build from current master (5393c9a), followed by full install of
all the binary packages created. I think it is ready.

But I have one more thing to ask you for, David:
May you add yourself to Uploaders: and (if you like to) to d/copyright,
as well?
