[pkg-php-pear] symfony: New version (2.7.4+dfsg-1) ready for review

Looks like I forgot to actually push my changes two weeks ago, but I did
it last Sunday IIRC. I didn’t had time last week to look into it (sorry,
but it looks like my job requires more attention this year, so I’m
afraid I’ll be less available for Debian), and now, 2.7.5 is out. Do you
wish to update the package to the latest version, or should I review
(and upload) the package as is first?
