[pkg-php-pear] Are you planing to release a Symfony 2.7.9+dfsg-2? (Was: Re: Symfony 2.8)

I just incorporated wip/random_compat in branch dabe/wip/2.8.2. So we
should not release a 2.7.9+dfsg-2 (in favor of 2.8.2).
I get dabe/wip/2.8.2 in a shape you could reviewing and start working
with and let you know (ETA ~2h).
