[pkg-php-pear] RFS php-easyrdf 1.0.0-1

Hi,

I would like to request an sponsor to upload the new packaged version of
php-easyrdf[1].

Unstable is at 0.9.1-5, and the related debian git repository[2] is
currently at 1.0.0-1 on the master branch, i.e. at commit b0ac85d.

Some days ago upstream published a 1.1.0, but I am not sure how fast I
would get to package that, so I would really like to have 1.0.0-1
uploaded, since it needed several adjustments.

Please contact me if more information is needed either here or at
#debian-php.
