As I’ve not yet sponsored anything relevant from you as far as I can
remember, I’d need to at least review a package ready for upload before
sponsoring it or granting you DM access for this package (your previous
sponsors who know your work may be quicker than me ;).

AFAICT, nobody granted you access to any of the packages you maintain
according to your DDPO page. If someone has given you access (or at
least claimed so) already, you may wish to contact them in order to sort
it out.
Besides phpmyadmin, what other package(s) do you need to see uploaded in
order to make it work (at least on experimental)? Are they ready in
their VCS?

Uploading an updated package from an existing upstream version of
google-recaptcha should be pretty straightforward (fixing the testsuite
for PHPUnit 9 in backports may not be needed, and I don’t have ACL for
backports upload anyway). I’d assume the packaging is ready in the VCS
and will hopefully look and proceed tomorrow unless advised otherwise.

Yay, that might be why I prefer to stick with the CLI ;).

I’m willing to have a look at phpmyadmin (and related packages) for an
upload to experimental unless (my preference ;) one of your previous
sponsor is available for the job: as I’ve not yet dived into this big
package, it way take me some time to get up to speed.
