Great, I'll do so. I believe this [1] is the right reference on how to
do the migration. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Subscribed. I will request the permissions on Salsa when it's back online.

By the way, I don't seem to find any requirements/agreements to join the
pkg-php-pear team. Is it OK to assume the team policies are similar to
Science and Python teams?
