I didn’t know this page, but I’ve moved many repositories with a method
similar to the “By hand” one.

It seems like the documented

	git remote remove origin
	git remote add origin <salsa url>

is just a longer version for

	git remote set-url origin <salsa url>

by the way.

I’m not familiar with any of those two teams (nor their policies), but
I’d assume most teams are alike…
