[pkg-php-pear] RFS php-easyrdf 1.1.1-1

Hello,

I would like to request an sponsor to upload the new packaged version of
php-easyrdf[1].

Unstable is at 1.0.0-1, and the related debian git repository[2] is
currently at 1.1.1-1 on the master branch, i.e. at commit
449bfece924d7a123b7d41a91a3dd1a5b27cc20a.

In a previous mail I mentioned 1.1.0 was released, and then 1.1.1.
I looked at the changes, and they are mainly internals, and bug fixes.
Also both releases have been marked as bug fixes releases on the
changelog, and following semantic versioning.

More details on the git repository logs, but it feels like a minor
bug fix upgrade.

Please contact me if more information is needed either here or at
#debian-php.
