FYI, I just went to the short first part (before php-horde in alphabetic 
order), uploaded a few fixes or reported bugs when there wasn’t one yet 
(if the package was in testing, I didn’t bother otherwise).

I’ll start again from the end, but feel free to meet me half way (at 
least after the php-horde ones ;).
