Sorry for the delay here. As taffit already pointed out in #1072532, we
finished rebuilding those. The results are available at
http://people.ubuntu.com/~athos-ribeiro/rebuilds/pkg-php-tools_1.45/

I also reported bugs for each of the packages that are FTBFS (excluding
those ones which were failing due to unreleated issues AND already had
bugs reported for those failures).
