It migrated, in five days (so without the -3 days benefit for a 
successful autopackgtest, yet with still the benefit of being tested on

I started, but some tests still need love/patch/removal to properly 
build (well, pass the testsuite with Laravel 10, as current HEAD of 
debian/latest). I didn’t try the other around either (testing laravel 
with a php-orchestra-testbench-core package built with 
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck).

Not sure I’ll manage to spend more time on it soon, hence pushing the 
WIP on salsa.
