Thanks for your help.

I also won't have time soon and thus settled for my hacky hybrid 
Debian+Composer test approach for now (only locally, of course).

I've just uploaded Laravel 10 to NEW (two new binary packages)
and once it's in unstable I'll upload Lumen too.
