[pkg-php-pear] Bug#1070641: twig-i18n-extension: incompatible with phpmyadmin

That version is blocked from migration because of phpmyadmin, can you
please fix that (because, in turn, it’s blocking php-twig migration, and
thus phpunit transition)?

migrating php-twig-i18n-extension/5.0.0-1/amd64 to testing makes phpmyadmin/4:5.2.2-really5.2.2+20241228+dfsg-1/amd64 uninstallable
