[pkg-php-pear] PHP8.5 transition on Debian

Hi, I was planning to skip 8.5 in Debian as there is no benefit because we would have transition to 8.6 in Debian before next stable anyway. So that would put an extra strain on the maintainers of the downstream packages.

Whatever you do, just please don’t bump the epoch or mess up the versioning pretty please. I can help if there’s any problem like this, and the last time Ubuntu did something weird with versions it messed up quite lot of my work.
