[pkg-php-pear] PHP8.5 transition on Debian

Hello, Ondřej, hope this finds you well.

I would like to ask you if you have any plans to start the php8.5
transition on Debian soon.
We (@athos and I) would like to do the transition for the next Ubuntu
release, but we understand it'd be better to do it in Debian first.

We are happy to help with the Debian side transition, as we understand that
cross-collaboration would lead to the best.

If you are not interested in doing the transition now, we can start it in
Ubuntu, and send Debian the patches/fixes for the eventual bugs we find in
the way.
