Onionshare 1.3 now comes with a bundled tor, that is the default option
for connecting to Tor.
So indeed, we can and should drop the recommends.
However, using TBB as onionshare's tor is an option using the GUI, so I
believe we could have it as a "suggests".
And tor itself should possibly be moved to "Recommends", if I follow my
own reasoning here. Because not necessarily needed by Onionshare to work.
