I installed torbrowser-launcher fron trixie 

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

I entered "torbrowser-launcher" at the konsole


   * What was the outcome of this action?
   

torbrowser ot its launcher did not start. There was en error message:

I expexted the torbrowser launcher to start.
