I thought having a separate SCM directory was the standard thing to do? I also tweaked the setup-repository scripts so that we can change the configs / commit hooks from a single place. In a few hours this should be visible:
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-privacy/packages
which lets us view everything in one place. Everything in collab-maint is mixed up.

Yeah, we can keep it mostly to packages that existing members already maintain, for now.
